The Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals (MAMP) has always been central in raising the level of professionalism and ethics among Maryland's mortgage industry, including spearheading efforts to require the licensure of all loan originators. Most recently MAMP has announced the adoption of a revised and expanded code of ethics for its member professionals. In order to become a member of MAMP, mortgage professionals must agree to abide by the code of ethics and corresponding rules/processes below.
