tbwsFrank Garay & Brian Stevens are the hosts of the extremely popular TBWS Daily Show. Frank & Brian made the Inman 100 in 2010 which is a list of the top 100 most influential people in Real Estate along with several other notable achievements. Their mortgage and real estate commentary video blog has had over 50 million views in under 5 years.

Over the past several years they've traveled the country training mortgage and real estate professionals about marketing and relevant industry topics. They have carefully documented what they've learned, which translates into quick success for those they teach. "Making a video is one thing, making it in such a way that it retains viewers, gets new subscribers, gets forwarded and generates business is another." Frank and Brian are leading the way in which mortgage and real estate professionals market with video.

When speaking and training their delivery is humorous and engaging, often times "stealing the show" when paired with multiple presenters. Today they are focused on presenting the power of video marketing and its simplicity. James M. Milano, Esq.
Jim's practice focuses on financial services industry federal and state regulatory compliance matters, particularly with respect to reverse mortgage lending issues. Jim represents and advises mortgage companies, consumer finance companies, financial institutions and secondary market investors on issues such as:

• the review, design and implementation of mortgage loan programs, including adjustable rate mortgage programs, home equity lines of credit and reverse mortgage loan programs.

• state laws and regulations concerning fees, disclosures, interest rates, and practices.

• federal laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the National Housing Act, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) regulations, ECOA, FDCPA, HMDA, FCRA, GLBA (privacy), RESPA & TILA.

Jim is Co-General Counsel of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA), the national trade association supporting reverse mortgage originators, servicers, investors and their vendors, and is nationally recognized as one of the leading lawyers in the area of reverse mortgage law.

Steve Richman
Steve Richman of Genworth Financial has energized, taught and motivated more than 35,000 professionals in practically every state in the United States and Puerto Rico. After years of success as a litigation attorney, he entered the mortgage and real estate profession and has become an expert in the high LTV borrower market. He has been a loan officer, account executive and manager of a mortgage operation.

Additionally, Steve has trained real estate professionals through state accredited continuing education classes on topics including Real Estate Negotiations, Understanding the Real Estate Contract and Making Settlement Simple.

With a deep interest in adult education, Steve has taught in the MBA program at the Sellinger Business School and has guest lectured for the Columbia University Business School's MBA program. Additionally, Steve has served as an adjunct faculty member at an undergraduate institution. He is a Master Certified Sales Negotiation Trainer and a Certified Trainer in DiSC Behavioral Profiling. Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the National Law Center at George Washington University.
